So where’s the fine print? There’s not much. To make things easy, you won’t be paying the student directly. Instead, you’ll receive an invoice via email from HireAStang within 48 hours of the job’s completion. A one-time placement fee of $25 and a 15% service charge will be added to the invoice. This covers reference checks, interviews, scheduling, administrative costs and more. Long-term jobs (including internships) may require a different agreement, but we’ll talk through those together.
